Space Planning Guide

An open space office blends communal and private areas, facilitating collaboration, idea exchange, teamwork, and solo-focused work.

Meeting rooms allow groups of 4 - 12 people for collaboration, discussions, presentations, and more.

A public restroom is more than just a functional space; it reflects a community's commitment to the well-being and comfort of its members and visitors.

The office kitchenette is more than just a place to grab a beverage or snack; it provides a space for employees to take breaks and socialize through informal interactions, promoting a sense of community.

Auditoriums are meant for presentations, conferences, training sessions, and other corporate or educational events. They can typically obtain between 20 to 100 people (while larger spaces facilitating more than that are considered a hall or stadium).

A bedroom is more than just a space for sleeping; it is a sanctuary for rest, relaxation, and personal reflection. It's a place to unwind after a long day, read a good book, or snuggle up with a loved one.

A well-designed living room should be versatile and welcoming, serving multiple purposes, including entertaining guests, watching movies, playing games, or simply relaxing.

A Dining room provides space for dining and socializing. It is a dedicated room or area in a home where individuals or families gather to share food, conversation, and quality time.

Some say the kitchen is 'the heart of a home' and undoubtedly an essential space where you prepare food and gather with family and friends. Whether cooking is a hobby or a bare necessity, a kitchen facilitating it is key!

A bathroom's use case goes beyond personal hygiene. It is a space for refreshment and self-care. This room is typically smaller than others in a household, yet it is equally important.
